ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH REPEALING ORDINANCE
NO. 498
The City CouncU of the City of Seal Beach does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 498, being an ordinance for the

an,'.~xation of certain territory to the City of Seal Beach, is hereby rep2ale;l.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
send a certified copy of this Ordinance to the Secretary of State, and further,
to cause the same to be published once in the Seal Beach Post and Wave, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and ci.rculatad ht the
City of Seal Beach.
PASSED. APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Seal Beach at an adjourned meet~ng thereof held on the 12th day of May, 195&
