RESOLUTION NO. /7/y
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING
THE SEAL BEACH ADMINISTRATION
BUILDING FACILITY LEASE AND AUTH-
ORIZING ITS EXECUTION.
The City Council of the City of Seal Beach DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That certain lease entitled "Seal Beaeh
Alhninistration Bui;J.ding Facility Lease" by and between the
City of Seal Beach and the Seal Beach Administration Building'
Authority, is hereby approved in the form presented to
this Council.
Section 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the
City of Seal Beach are authorized and directed to execute
the lease and to deliver copies thereof to the Authority.
Section 3. The City Clerk is authorized and directed
to file certified copies of the lease and this Resolution
with OIMelveny & Myers, attorneys, Los Angeles, California.
