A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA, ENTERING INTO AN AGREE-
MENT FOR SALE OF EASEMENT, AND AUTHORIZING WND
DIREC'llING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT .
WHEREAS, The construction of certain public improvements by the
City of Seal Beach requires easements over certain real
property owned by the Hellman Heirs and described in
Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS, The Hellman Heirs have agreed to enter into an
AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF EASEMENT with the City of Seal Beach;
N(Xo1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEAL BEACH AS FOLL(Xo1S:
Section l. That the City of Seal Beach shall enter into an
AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF EASEMENT in accordance with the terms of said
agreement;
Section 2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to execute said AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF EASEMENT.

AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF EASEMBNT
THIS AGREEMENT made this
day of

1968. by'and between the person~ hereinafter designated as
the HELLMAN HEIRS, herein called "Seller". and the CITY OF
SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA, which expression includes its agents
or assigns where the context so requires or omits. herein
called "Buyer".
WIT N E SSE T H:

WHEREAS, the Seller owns and has title to certain
real property located in the County of Orange, State of
California. and
WHEREAS, the Buyer desires an easement for public
utility purposes through the aforesaid real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed as follows:
1; Buyer shall pay valuable consideration in the
amount of $10,000.00 at the time of delivery of the grant deed
of said easement.
2. Buyer. at it~ expense. shall provide upon"
Seller's request up to but not exceeding six connections to
tnewater line whictris intended to be constructed th~ough
said'easement, at such locations as Seller shall designate
prior to the construction of said water line.
3., Seller shall grant. assign, and set over to the
Buyer. its successors or assigns. an easement for public
utility purposes through the aforementioned real property, the
exact description of said easement being more specifically
set forth in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference.
