A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ,THE CITY OF
SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
FROM ALFRED E. HELLER, ELIZABETH HELLER MANDEL,
AND CIARENCE E. HELLER.
WHEREAS" ALFRED E. HELLER, ELIZABETH aELLER MANDELL, and
CLARENCE E. HELLER have offered to convey to the City
of Seal Beach an easement for public utility purposes
,over real property described in Exhibit "A";and
WHEREAS; Said easement is required for public utility purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Seal Beach, California, that said Grant Deed be accepted.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Seal Beach, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 7th day
of October, 1968, by the following vote:
