A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
FROM WELLS FARGO BANK, A CORPORATION; CLARENCE
E. HELLER; ALFRED E. HELLER; AND ELIZABETH H.
MANDELL.
WHEREAS, WELLS FARGO BANK, A CORPORATION; CIARENCE E, HELLER;
ALFRED E. HELLER; AND ELIZABETH H. MANDELL have offered
to convey to the City of Seal Beach a~ easement for
public utility purposes over real property described in
Exhibit "A"; and' ,
WHEREAS, Said easement is required for,public utility purposes;
NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Seal Beach, California, that said Grant Deed be accepted.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Seal Beach, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 7th day
of October, 1968, by the following vote:

That pol'tion of Section 11, Township 5 South, Range 12 West, in the
Uancho Los Al:1mitos, partly in the ,City of Seal Beach, all in the County of
Orange, Sta~e of California, as per' Map 1 arid 2 filed in Decree of Partition
in the Superior Court of California, in and for the County of Los Angeles,
Case No. 13527, a copy of the final decree of said Case having been
recorded February 2, 18!) 1, in book 14 page 31 of Deeds, in the office of the
County Recorder of said Orange County, described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the Los Angeles County boundary
line with the Easterly line of that certain strip of land 100.00 feet wide
