RESOWTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH AD-
JUSTING THE PAYMENT OF BASE
RENTAL PAYABLE UNDER THE SEAL
BEACH ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
FACILITY LEASE.
The City Council of the City of Seal Beach DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AND ORDER as follows:
1. Base Rental payable by the City of Seal Beach
to the Seal BeaCh Administration Building Authority under the
provisions of Section 4(a} of the Seal Beach Administration
Building Facility Lease is hereby adjusted to an annual Base
Rental of $ 31,. fS().~ , in accordance with said Section 4(a}.
Said adjusted Base Rental shall be payable in all respects
pursuant to the provisions of said Facility Lease.
2. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to
file a certified and executed copy of this Resolution with
the Secretary of the Governing Board of said Authority and
with Security Pacific National Bank, Trustee under Reso-
lution 68-6, Resolution of the Governing Board of the Seal
Beach Administration Building Authority Constituting its
Indenture Providing the Terms and Conditions for the Issuance
of $450,000 Principal Amount of Seal Beach Administration
Building Authority Administration Building Revenue Bonds.
