RESOLUTION NUMBER /75,6 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECU- TT0N AND RECORDING OF A GRANT OF EASEMENT TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY. WHEREAS, A grant of easement is required for the installation and maintenance of certain necessary public utilities: and WHEREAS, Southern California Edison Company has agreed to provide such public utilities: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH: Section l. The City of Seal Beach, for valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, grants an easement to Southern California Edison Company as follows: A strip of land 6 feet in width lying wiuhin Lot "c" of Tract No. 6346, as per map filed in book 25l, pages 8 to lO, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the Recorder of said County, the northwesterly, northerly and northeasterly line of said strip being coincidental with the south- easterly, southerly and southwesterly lines of Lots 2 to ll, inclusive: ALSO, the southerly 3 feet of said Lot "c" of Tract No. 6346. Section 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Seal Beach are authorized and directed to execute said grant of easement to Southern California Edison Company, and cause said grant deed to be recorded and delivered to Southern California Edison Company.
