The City Council of the City of Seal Beach does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 1 of Ordinance No. 413 is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"It is hereby declared unlawful for any person, firm or corpora-
tion, either as principal, agent or otherwise, to keep or store for a longer
period than twenty-four hours any boat or water craft having a greater length
than sixteen feet from any vacant lot or parcel of ground within the City of
Seal Beach except in that portion or portions of the City zoned as semi-
.,-
industrial district (m-l), and also excepting
Being a portion of the San Gabriel River and portions of Lots 1
and 2, San Gabriel extension of Naples, as per map thereof re-
corded in Book 7, at Page 31 of Miscellaneous Maps of Orange
County, California, described in whole and being bounded on the
West by Pacific Coast Highway, 100 feet; being bounded on t!J.e
Northwest by the Northwesterly boundary of the City of Seal Beach;
being bounded on the Northeast by that portion of the Northeasterly
line of said Lot 2 shown on said Map and having a bearing of North
370 43' West, and the Northwesterly prolongation thereof and
bounded on the Southeast by the Northwesterly line of that 100 foot,
strip of land conveyed by San Gabrie 1 Improvement Company to
Los Angeles Gas and Electric Corporation by Deed dated July 24,
1924,
but such exception shall not include that property described as Block 206
of Stanton and Lothian's First Addition to Bay City."
SECTION 2: Ordinance No. 445 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this Ordinance, and shall cause the same to be printed and publish
ed once in the SEAL BEACH POST & WAVE, a newspaper of general circula-
