RBSOLUTION NO. /J3/
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEAL BEACH CER'l'IFIIliG THE REPORT OF THE
EXPENDITURES. OF FUNDS DURING THE 1963-64 FISOAL
YEAR PURSUANT TO SEOTIONS 186.1 THROUGH 186.7
OF THE STREETS AND HIGBWAIS CODE.
The City Council of the City of Seal Beach does hereby resolve:
~S the Oollier-UnrUh Local Transportation Development Act
provides that tollowing the close ot each fiscal year each county.
city. or city- and county shall file with the Department a report
in a fo~ prescribed by the Department and certified by the local
govermag body showing its expenditures of funds during the
preceding 1'18oal year -pursuant to Sections 186.1 tbrough 186.7; and "
WHEREAS the attached report, compiled in the fo~ prescribed by
the Department tram records maintained by the citJ and showing
e~pe~ditur's'during the 1963-64 fiscal year pursuant to Sections
.: 1'864 through 186.1 01' the Streets and Highways Code. has been
examined by this council. and i8 determined to be tactual; now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council 01' the Oity 01'
8eal Beach hereby certities the attached report to be a true record
.01' the e..penditures b,- the citT during the 1963-64 1'18oal Tear in
contor.mance with the requirements 01' the Collier-Unruh Local
Transportat~on Development Act; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Director 01' Public Works is
hereby instructed to transmit 8ix copies 01' the report and three
certified -copies 01' this resolution to the State 01' Calitor.n1a,
Department 01' Public Work.. Division 01' Highways, in care of the. .-
Engineer in oharge 01' its local Distri 0 iice.
