RESOLUTION NO. 1398
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING RESOLUTION NO. 38 OF
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
SEAL BEACH.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, The Seal Beach Planning Commission, by prior
action, denied an application for a variance, No. 10-65, to
Harvey Webb, 701 Taper Drive, Seal Beach, California, for reduction
of rear yard setback; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a hearing on the appeal
of the Planning Commission's action; and
WHEREAS, the City Council found that there were extra-
ordinary circumstances that existed applicable to the property in
question; and
WHEREAS, the City Council referred back to the Planning
Commission the denial of Variance Number 10-65 for further study
and report; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 38 of the Seal Beach Planning
Commission indicates that after further study and reconsideration
the Planning Commission believes that there are in fact extra-
ordinary circumstances that exist on subject property.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEAL BEACH that Variance 10-65 is hereby granted to Harvey Webb,
701 Taper Drive, Seal Beach, California.
PASSED. APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Seal Beach at a meeting thereof held on September 13, 1965, by
the following vo~e:
