A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEAL BEACH INFORMING THE ARTERIAL HIGHWAY
FINANCING PROGRAM, ADVISORY COMMITTEE, THAT
CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE ARTERIAL HIGHWAY
MASTER PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, the City of Seal Beach has qualified, and is participating in the
Arterial Highway Financing Program; and,
WHEREAS, annual requalification of participating cities in the Arterial
Highway Financing Program is mandatory; and,
WHEREAS, a condition of annual requalification is informing the Arterial
Highway Financing Program, Advisory Committee, whether or not changes to the
Arterial Highway Master Plan have been made within the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Seal Beach does
inform the Arterial Highway Financing Program, Advisory Committee, that the
follOWing additions have been made to the Arterial Highway Master Plan within
the City of Seal Beach, due to acquisition by Seal Beach Annexation 65-1:
1. Major Highway - Bay Boulevard from Westminster Avenue to approximately
4000 feet southwest of Westminster Avenue. (See attached map)
2. Primary Arterial - Westminster Avenue from Los Angeles County Line
to Bay Boulevard. (See attached map)
