AUTHORITY AND DUTIES OF SAm QFFICE. Th'e City Council ot the City' Of Seal B~ach does hereby'reso,lve 7 ,as follows: 8 SECTION !: The office of the City Administr.ator. of the City of 9 Seal Beaoh is hereby created and established. The City Administrator shaLL be appointed by th~ Ctty Goull-cil solely on the basis ~f his administrative and executive qualifications and abtli.ties and shaLL hold office at and during the pleasure of the Council. SECTION ,~: ELIGIBILITY. The Oity Administra.tor shan furnish a corporate surety bond to be a~roved by the Oily 'CounciL in such S"um as may be determined by said 9onndl. The bond shall be condit~oned upon the faithful performance of the, duties imposed upon the Oity Administrator as h.erein prescribed. The premium for snch bond shall be ,a proper charge , . against the 'City, SEOTION 5% ABSENCE.
