A RESOLUTION.OF THE <:ITY COUNCIL OF
. THE CITY 'OF SEAL BEACH ESTABLISHING
A POLICY FOR LIMITATION OF ACCESS
TO THE COUNTY ARTERIAL HIGHWAYS SYS-
TEM IN THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH
WHEREAS, the' City of Seal Beach has heretofore adopted the
Mas~er Plan of Arterial Highways of the County of Oranqe for
the establishment of a <:ounty Arterial Highway Systemf and
~REAS, provisions for the limitation of access to the
~rterial highway system are necessary in order to protect the
integrity of the system,
NOW, 'l'HERJ!:Ft;>RE, the City Council of the city of Seal Beach
does resolve as follows:
Section 1: The City of Seal Beach hereby establishes a
policy to require the subdivider'of any property for R-l purposes
abutting said Arterial System 'to provide for limitation' of access,
as a condition of approval by the City Council of any subdivision
map.
Section 2: The City <:lerk shall certify to ehe passing and
adoption of this resolution by the City Council of s~al Beach
