CALI". 3 4 5 The City Council of the City of Seal Beach does ordain 6 as follows: 7 Section 1. The driver of any vehicle on approaching any 8 entrance of a highway or intersection sign posted with stop sign 9 at the locations as hereinafter set forth in Section 2, shall stop 10 before entering the nearest crosswalk or if none, then at a limit 11 line when marked, otherwise before entering such highway or inter- 12 section. 13 Section 2. All Ordinailces or parts of Ordinances in 3 conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. 4 Section 4. A:oy person who shall violate any of the pro- 5 visions of this Ordinance, shall upon conviction thereof be deemed 6 guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in any sum not exceed- 7 ing One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars. 8 Section 5.
