AN ORDIKANCE PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENTS TO
ORDINANCE NO:..,238 OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH:

The City Council of the City of Seal Beach,
California, ordain as follows:
That Ordinance No. 238 is hereby amended by adding
sub-sections 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 and 6.4 to read as follows:
Sub-section 6.1: It is hereby declared that the
