ORDINANCE NO. ~
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AmENDMENTS TO
ORDINANCE NO. 199 OF THE CITY OF SEAL
BEACH; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Seal Beach, California,
does ordain as follows:
That Ordinance No. 199 is hereby amended by adding
subsections 109 and 110 to read as follows:
"Section 109: As provided by Section 15 of Ordinance
No. 199 adopted by the City Council of the City of Seal Beach on
the 2nd day of April, 1936, the following real property is hereby
designated as in the multiple dwelling district of sa~ C~~, ~o
wit: 1!J.~M.6' L.J.kf.'tffM-I'~ e.~ I'
~6 and 18,< Block 6, Bay City Tract, City
of Seal Beach, California.
Section 110: The City Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tion of this ordinance by the City Council of Seal Beach, California,
and cause the same to be published once in the Seal Beach ~ &
~, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in
said City, and said ordinance shall thereupon take effect in the
manner and at the time provided by law."
