CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. ///I~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DECLAR- ING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE VACATION OF A CERTAIN PART OF WATER LINE EASEMENT, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO PROCEED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS VACATION LAW AND FIX- ING THE TIME AND PLACE BOR A HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS SECTION 1. Declaration of Intention. The City Council declare its intention to order the vacatlon of a certain part of water line easement within the City, on the ground that said part of said water line easement is unnecessary for present or pDospective public use. SECTION 2. Election to Proceed. The City Council elects to proceed in sald vacatlon under the provisions of the Public Easements Vacation Law. SECTION 3. Description of Proposed Vacation. Those parts of said water llne easement proposed to be vacated in this pro- ceeding are described as follows: That portion of the 20.00 foot water line easement lying within Thunderbird Drive, as shown on a map of Tract No. 4337, in the City of Seal Beach. County of OI1aDie, State of CalifOrnia, as per map recorded in Book 150, Pages 3 to 7, inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, bounded northerly by the northerly boundary of said tract and southerly by the center line of Golden Rain Road 78.00 feet wide as shown on said map. Reference is made to maps on file in the office of the City Clerk for particulars concerning the proposed vacation. SECTION 4. Hearing. A public heari~ will be held on December lit. 19b1, at 7: iLl 0 I clock IV . M., before the City Council in the Councl1 Chambers. ~8th Street, Seal Beach. California, at which time and place all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation will be heard. SECTION 5. Publication of Resolution. The City Clerk is instructed to publlsh thls Resolutlon once in the Seal Beach Post and Wave, within fifteen days after its adoption. SECTION 6. Postig; of Notice. The City Clerk is instructed to post notices of sald water 11ne easement vacation in this matter in accordance with the provisions of Section 50441 of the Govermnent Code.
