RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE GITY
OF SEAL BEACH ADOPTING .AND SUBMITTING .A
BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF STATE ALLOCATED
(ENGINEERING) FUNDIS.
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the City and
the State of California on the 20th day of April, 1960, for expenditure of
State allocated (engineering) funds under Section 2107.5 of the Streets and
Highways Code; and,
WHEREAS. the City CouncU has prepared a budget proposal showing
estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the
1962..63 fiscal year; and,
WHEREAS, the City CouncU has hearq read said budget proposal
and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Counc11 of the City of
Seal Beach that said budget proposal be and is hereby adopted as the budget
of proposed expenditures of the State allocated funds for engineering to cities,
said budget proposal to be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor
and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City, and
said budget proposal to be submitted, to the Department of Public Works,
State of California, in accordance with the provisions of Section 197 of the
Streets and Highways Code.
