AN ORDINANOE OF THE OITY OF SEAL BEACH. OALlFORNIA.
AMENDING ORDINANOE NO.207, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE
OREATING AND PROVIDING FOR OFFIOES AND POSITIONS IN
THE MUNIOIPAL GOVERNMENT OF THE OITY OF SEAL BEACH.
OOUNTY OF ORANGE. STATE OF OALIFORNIA. FIXING THE
SALARIES. OOMPENSATIONS AND BONDS. AND DEFINING THE
DUTIES INCIDENT THERETO; PROVIDING OONVEYANCE AND
ElCPENSE FOR 0 ERTAIN OFFIO IALS AND EMPLOYEES. AND
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, PARTS OF ORDINANOES. OR
RESOLUTIONS. IN OONFLICT HERB\'"/ITH"; BY AMENDING
SEDTION ldlO),ENTITLED~DEPARTMENT OF THE OITY
TREASURER ,AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANOES OR PARTS
OF ORDINANOES IN OONFLICT WITH THIS ORDINANOE.
The Oity Oouncil of the Oity of Seal Beach, Oalifornia,
as follows:

Section 1: Section llc)entitled:;;Department of the Oity Treasuee ",
of Ordinance No.207. entitled as above, be, and the same, is hereby
amended to provide; as follows:
Section l:lc) Department of the Oity Treasurer. The Oity Treas-
urer shall receive as compensation the sum of Fifty Dollarsl~50.00)
per month. such compensation to begin on the first day of the month
next suceeeding the canvass of the returns of the General Municipal
Election to be held in said City on April 9th, 1940, and shall per-
form such duties and furnish suoh bond as may be prescribed by the
General Laws of the State of California and the ordinances of said
Oity.

Section 2: All ordiBBnces or parts of ordinances in confllot
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. The City Olerk shall oause this ordinanoe to be pub-
lished once in the Seal Beach Post & Wave, a newspaper of general
cireulation. printed and published and circulated in said City of
Seal Beach and it shall thereupon take effeot.
