6 Section 1: That Sectton 2, of Ordinance 1'10.202, whichiis an ord
7 Jl1Ilnce amending Ordinance !'l0.152, entitled:'; An Ordinance of the Cit
8 of Seal Beach, California, Providing for Licensing and Regulating
9 Certain Businesses and Pursuits Carried on within said City,etc.,by
10 adding Section 19A thereto, entitled:nBuilding Trades~ which Sectio
11 2, reads; as follows:
12 "Section 2: The annual license tax hereinbefore shall be payable
pnnually in advance and shall expire upon the first day of July
1:5 of each year next following its issuance";
14 be, and the same is hereby amended to read; as follows:

Section 2: The annual license tax provided for in said Ordinanc
Ro.202 shall be payable annually in advamce for a period of one
year and expire one year after the date of issuance.

17 Section 2: All ordinances of parts of ordinances in conflict wit
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3: ~be City Clerk shall cause this ordinance to be pub1is -
ed once in the Seal Beach Post & Wave, printed, puhlished and gener
ally circulated in said City of Seal Beach, California, and it sha1
thereupon toke effect.
