(t) DW,*tll.C!i ot .iphe City ASBessor, Tax Coll.ctor a water superintendent. Thel'e is hereby created and provided tor the ott1ce of City Assessor, Tax Collector, a nd Water Superintendent. Th City Assesaor and Tax Collector shall also be Deputy City Clerk and itl Assessor and Deputy Marshall and Elt-Otticio Taz Collector ot said City, and shall collect and pay all real and personal property taxes ot said city into the otfice ot the City Treasurer monthly. That in addition to the above foreg01ng duties the City Asaessor and Tax Col lector shall portorm such other ~ties 1n respect to such ottices as have' bun trom t1me to time provided tor by the Orl.1nances ot said City and which may hereatter be provided tor by Ordinance, ResolU- tions, 01' Orders ot the City Council ot said City. That the water Superintena.nt in addition to the above toregoing duties, as City Assessor and Tax Collector, shall compute and maU out all monthly bills to water consumers and collect tor the same as by ordinance providod in said city, paying tho same into the ottice of the Oity Treasurer monthly.
