A RESOLUTION CF THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY CF
SEAL BEACH ESTABLISHING HOURS AND LOCATIONS FOR
SURFING PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NUMBER 624 AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 1233.
The City Council of the City of Seal Beach does hereby
resolve:
Section 1. Paddleboard and surfboard surfing shall be
allowed in and rest:doted to the area westerly o:f the
pro10nga.tion of the centerline of Second Street in Seal Beach,
California.

Section 2. Padd1eboard or surfboard surfing shall be
limited to the above area between the hours of 6:00 a.m.... and
Sundown each day.
Section 3. Paddleboard or surfboard sur:fing shall be
allowed in and restricted to the area westerly of the Seal
Beach Municipal Pier~ Seal Beach~ Ca1i:fornia.
Section 4. Padd1eboard or surfboard surfing shall be
limited to the above area be.tween the hours of 3:00 p.m.", and
6:00 p.mu Monday through Friday,. inclusive.
Section 5. Paddleboard or surfboard surfing shall be
limited to the area described in Seotion 3 between the hours
o:f 6:00 a.m., and 9:00 a.m.. on Saturdays and Sundays.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Counci 1 of the
Ci ty of Seal Beach on the 1~.t/iJ day of October, 1963.
