ORDINANCE NO. 127.
An ordinance amending Section 42 of Ordinance No
7, of the City of Seal Beach, entitled nAn Ordinance to
provide for the Licensing for the purpose of Revenue,
Trades, Occupatioft~ Avocation, Employment and Business
Carried on in the City of Seal Beach and fixing the Rates
therefor and Penalties for the Violation thereof.n
The Board of Trustees of the City of Seal Beach
do ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 42 of Ordinance No.7
entitled nAn Ordinance to provide for the Licensing for the
Purpose of Revenue, Trades, Occupation, Avocation, Employ~
ments and business carried on in the City of Seal Beach.n
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 42. For every vending machine operated
by the insertion of one cent coins, $1.00 per annum, for ..
all other vending machines $12.00 per annum, said sums to
be paid in advanoe.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to
the passage of this Ordinance and thereafter the same shall
be printed once in the Seal Beach Post and Wave, a newspaper
of general circulation printed and published in the City of
Seal Beach, California, and thirty d~s thereafter the same
shall take effect and be in foroe.

'fhe Board of Trustees of the City
of Seal Beach do ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 42 of Or-

Beach" is hereby amended to read as
follows:
SECTION 42. For every vending
