RESOLUTION NO. f)SO
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEAL BEACH REQUESTING AN ALLOCATION OF
GAS TAX FUNDS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF OCEAN
A VENUE BETWEEN TWELFTH STREET AND ELECTRIC
A VENUE AND MAIN STREET BETWEEN OCEAN AVENUE
AND PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Seal Beach has
heretofore awarded a contract to Ansco Construction Company for the improve
ment of Ocean Avenue between Twelfth Street and Electric Avenue and Maln
Street between Ocean Avenue and PaCific Coast H1ghway in the City of SeaL
Beach; and
WHEREAS, there are certain gas tax funds in the possession
of the County of Orange)
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Seal Beach
does resolve as follows:
SECTION L: That the city Council of the'! City of Seal Beach
does hereby request the County Board of SuperV1sors of the County of Orange
to allocate $,j, 216. 00 gas tax funds to the City of SeaL Beach for the improve-
ment of Ocean Avenue between Twelfth Street and Electric Avenue and Mam
street between Ocean Avenue and Pacific Coast Highway 10 the City of Seal
Beach.
SECTION .:I: The City Clerk shatt certify to the passage and
adoption of this resolution and forward two certified copies thereof to th:!
Board of Supervisors of th", County ot Orange, State of California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED By the City CouncU of
