OF Tl-;E CITY OF SEAL BEACH PROVID-
ING FOR A CHANGE IN A UTHORIZA TION
TO SIGN DElVIANDS AND CHECKS FOR
THE WITHDRAWAL OF THE FUNDS OF
THE CITY FROM THE SANK OF AMERICA

WHEREAS, there are funds on deposit for the City of Seal Beach
8 with the Bank of America NationaL Trust &: Savings Association, BeLmont
9 Shore Branch, and
WHEREAS, one of t.e signatures required for withdrawaLs is
that of PAUL CALVO, whose profession requires he be absent from the City
of Seal Beach at times when it is necessary that checks be issued and signed,
NOWf THEREFORE, The City CoqncU of the City of Seal
Beach does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: That hereafter the signatureS' of PAUL CALVO,
JAMES N. S,COTT and FREDER~CK W. HICKMAN shall be the sie-natllres
required on aLL checks of the City of SeaL Beach addressed to the Bank of
America NationaL Trust an~ Savings Association, BeLmont Shore Branch,
authori~ing the withdrawal of funds of the City of Seal Beach on. depoS'it with
said Branch of said bank, HOWEVER, on all checks of the City of SeaL Beach
addressed to said bank, which carry the personal signatures of JAMES N.
SCOTT, Pond FREDERICK Vi. HICKMAN, the signature of PAUL CALVO may
appear on said check addressed to said bank by a rubber stamp facsimile of
25 the signature of said PAUL CALVO.

SECTION 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
27 adoption of this resoLution and is authorized and directed to deliver a
28 certified copy there'Of to the Bank of America National Trust &: Savings
29 Association, Belmont Shore Branch.
