RESOLUTION NO. 1048
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SEAL BEACH DffiECTING THE DffiECTOR OF PUBLIC
SERVICES TO PUBLISH A NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE FIFTIl STREET EXTENSION.
The City Council of the City of Seal BelLcn does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: The Director of Public Services is hereby directed to
7 publish. a notice inviting bids or proposals for the construction of the extension
8 of Fifth Street from Bolsa Avenue to Pacific Coast Highway, such bids or
9 proposals to be opened on February 16, 1960 at a regular meeting of the City
10 Council, such bids to be in accOrdance with tbe specifications therefor on file
11 in the office of the Director of Public Services.
12 PASSED.. APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
