Section 1.

violate any of the provieions of this Ordinence. shall bs guilty of a mis-
demeanor. and upon convicUoIl thereof. shall pay a fi~f not less than

suoh decision shall not affeot the validity of the remainins por-
tions of this Ordinance in that the :Board of Trustees of the 011;y
of Seal Beach.declares that it would. have passed this Ordinanoe
and each sect1on,sentence,olause and phrase thereof 1rrespect1ve
of the fact that any or more of the sect1ons.sentences,olauses
or phrases be declared unconstitutional.
Section 7.~he Oity Olerk shall ce.tify to th8 paseaso of
this Ordinance and cause the same to be prll!l.teilelind pr1nted
copies thereof to be posted in three of the most public places
in the Oi ty of Seal Beach, Oalifornia, and thirty days there-
after it shall take effect and be in full force.
