A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPOINTING ELEOTION
OFFICERS AND DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES
FOR THE SPECIAL NUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE
HELD IN THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH ON TUESDAY,
THE l2th DAY OF JULY, 1949 , AND PROVIDING
FOR THE OPENING AND CLOSING OF THE POLLS
AND THE COMPENSATION OF ELEOTION OFFICERS.

9 ot the C1ty ot Seal Beach to app01nt Boards ot Elect10n and to
10 deslgnate the pol11ng places tor the speo1al munio1pal elect10n
11 to be held 1n the C1ty of Seal Beach on Tuesday, the l2th day of
l2. July, 1949, and to tix the compensat10n to be paid to the elec-

l4 ffilEREAS, 1t 1s also neoessary tor the C1ty Counc1l ot the'
15 C1ty of Seal Beach to tix the hours for, the open1nB end clos1ng

18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the C1ty Counc11 of the

2l establ1shed for holding state or county elect10ns, and the poll1ng
