A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEAL BEACH, APPOINTING ELECTION OFFICERS AND
DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES FOR THE MUNICIPAL
ELECTION TO BE HELD IN THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH
ON TUESDAY, THE 11TH DAY OF APRIL, 1950, AND,
PROVIDING FOR THE OPENING AND CLOSING OF THE
POLLS AND THE COMPENSATION OF ELEOTION OFFICERS.

6 WHEREAS, 1t 1s necessary under the law tor the C1ty Counc1l
7 of the C1 ty ot Seal Beach to app01nt Boards ot Election and to
8 des1gnate the pol11ng places tor the munlcipal electlon to be held
9 1n the City of Seal Beaoh on Tuesday, the 11th day ot Apr1l, 1950,
10 and to tlx the compensat10n to be paid to elect10n off1cers; and
11 WHEREAS, 1t 1s also necessary tor the C1ty Counc1l ot the
12 C1ty of Seal Beach to t1x the hours tor the opening and clos1ng ot
13 the polls tor the munlc1pal elect10n to be held on the llth day ot
14 April, 1950;
15 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the C1ty Counc1l ot the
16 C1ty ot Seal Beach, that s1x prec1ncts be established for the pur-
17 pose of holding sa1d regular mun1c1pal elect10n, cons1st1ng ot the
18 regular elect10n prec1ncts estab11shed tor holding county and
19 state elect10ns 1n Orange County, Calltorn1a, to-wlt:
