RESOLUTION NO. 716,
A RESCLUTION OF THE CITY CCUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEAL BEACH RELATING TO DE/vIANDS UPON THE
TREASURY AND cn.lMUNICATIONS TO THE CITY

5 W;HEREAS, communications addressed to the City Council and
6 Demands upon the Treasury have been in the past often delivered to
7 the City Clerk and the City Council in insufficient time for proper
8 processing,
9 NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Seal Beach
10 does resolve as follows:
II Section 1. All communications addressed to the City Council,
12 or upon which the City Council must take action and all Demands
13 Upon the Traesury for the payment of money shall be deposited with
14 the City Clerk on or before 10:00 o'clock A.M. of the meeting day
-
15 upon which the City Council is to receive and act upon all such
16 communications and Demands, and any communications Or Demands not
so depo~$tep_shall receive no action upon such meeting day.
