3 ~mEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
4 Council of the City of Seal Beach, a certain instrument designated
5 Tax Deed under Division 1, Part 6, Chapter 8, Article 2, Revenue
6 and Taxation Code, which said Tax Deed grants and conveys to the
7 City of Seal Beach that certain real property situate in the City
8 of Seal Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and describ-
9 ed as follows:

The following 10ts are situated in the County of
Orange, being the lots as shown in the Tracts as
hereinafter listed:
The Northeasterly one-half of Lot Forty-
eight (48), all of Lot Fifty (50) in Block 106
and Lots Forty-one(41) and Forty-three (43) in
Block 107 of Bay City, as per Map recorded in Book
3, Page 19i Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, Ca irornia.
Lots Nineteen (19) and Twenty-one (21) in
Block 207 of Stanton and Lothian's First Addition,
as per Map recorded in Book 3, Page 29, Mis CBllaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
Undivided one-half interest in Lot Seventeen
(17~ in Block A of Tract No, 1, as per Map recorded
in ook 9, Page Ii Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, Ca ifornia.
and,
\fHEREAS, it is for the best interests of said City that
said Tax Deed be accepted from the Urantor thereof, to wit: County
of Orange;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of
the City of Seal Beach hereby accepts said Tax Deed aforesaid, and
directs the City Clerk of said City to record said Deed with this
.~esolution of acceptance attach~d thereto.
