The gity Council of the City of Seal Beach, California, does resolve as follows: WHEREAS, a General Muncipal Election was held and conducted in said City of Seal Beach on Tuesday, the 8th day or April, 1952 as requred by law; and WHEREAS, it appears that notice of said election was duly and regularly 3ivenj that voting precincts were properly established, that election officers were appointed, election supplies furnished, and that in all respects said election was held conducted and the votes cast thereat were received and canvassed and the returns thereof made . 'and declared within the time, form and the manner as required by the General E~ction Laws and Elections Code of the ~tate of California; and WHEREAS, the City Council of said city met in the Council Chamber of the City Hall Building in said City of Seal Beach on Tuesday, the 15th day of April, 1952, to canvass the returns of said election and install the newly elected officers; and WHEHEAS, said returns having been canvassed, it is found that the number of votes cast, the names of the persons voted for, ~he offices voted for, and the number of votes given in each precinct to each of sai~ persons are as hereinafter stated: .
