C r- 4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH REQUESTING OOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF ORANGE COUNTY FOR CANCELLATION OF CERTAiN DELINQUENT COUNTY TAXES. 5 6 1 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 WHEREAS, there aTe certab1 parcels of reall?roperty in the City of Seal Beach concerning which ,decrees of quiet title have been returned in favor of the City of Seal Beach and/or deeds have been given to the City of Seal Beach by the City Tax Cf;>llector, and WHEREAS, there are delinquent county taxes as to some parcels of said ,;lroperty; NOW, THEREFORE, the. City Council of the City' of Seal Beach does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. That the City of Seal Beach does hereby request the Board of Supervisors of Orange County to cancel the delinquent county taxes, if any, standing against any of the hereinafter described parcels of real prop erty or in alternative for the County to convey to the City of Seal Beach all of its right, title and interest in and to the said pa~cels of real property. SECTION Z. The City Clerk shall certi fy to the passage and 19 adoption of this Rasolution and forward a certified copy of the same to the Board of Supervisors of Orange County and to the County Auditor of the County of Orange.
