3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH CANCELLING THE CITY
4 TAXES ON CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY.
5 WHEREAS, the hereinafter described reaL property within the City
6 of SeaL Beach has been deeded to the City because of failure to pay reaL propert
7 taxes and assessments to the City;
8 NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of SeaL Beach does
9 resoLve as folLows:-
10 SECTION 1. That aLL City of SeaL Beach reaL property taxes and
11 assessments on that certain reaL property located in the City of SeaL Beach
12 known and described as, Lot 17, in Block C, of Tract no. 1, as recorded in
13 Book 9, Page 1. ,of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California,
14 are hereby cancelled.
15 PASSED, APPROVED and adopted by the City Council of the City of
16 Seal Beach at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of February, 1954.
