~hereas, by reason of observations and reports
made by J.A.Uooley, City ~ngineer, there is

danger that the waters of Anaheim Bay may cause
serious damage to rlectrio.Lane and the utility
lines lying along said Electric Lan~, and it has
been determined that it is necessary to construct
a revetment or ~ing wall at the easterly terminus
of the bridge accross Anaheim Bay,' and
'.7hereas, the City has acquired certQin property
in Lot 9,Block 1 Tract 125, city of Seal Beach
county of Orange State of California, in order
that such revetment or wing wal-l,may b'\'l constructe
thereon.
Now therefore B~ It Resolved by the City,
Council of the City'of Seal Beach, that tbe City
mngine€r be authorized and directed to proceed
wtth the construction of such enbankment or wing
wall in acoordance with the plaijs and specificat-
ions heretotore prepared by said City Engineer.
Pass~d, adopted and approved this 16th day
of September,1~43.
