CALIFORNIA ON DEPOSIT WITH THE BANK OF
AMERICA, BEUdONT SHORE BRANCH, LONG BEACH,
CALIFORNIA.! FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING ALLOWED
CLADIl~..l AND AUTHORIZING C. Z. IRVINE TO SIGN
TREASu.ttER'S WARRANTS ON THE FUNDS OF THE CITY
OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA, ON DEPOSIT WITH
THE BANK OF AMERICA BELMONT SHORE BRANCH
LONG BEACH,. CALIFORNIA~. TO PAY INTEREST UPON
BONDS OF THE CITY OF SJ!iAL BEACH WHEN AUTHORIZED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City ot Seal
Beach has designated the Bank of America, Belmont Shore Branch,
Long Beach, California, as the depositary of the :runds of the
City of Seal Beach; and,
WHEREAS, the City 'Council has designated FRANK
SHUFELT, . Mayor .Pro Tem, JOHN W. MULCAHY, City Clerk', and C. z.
IRVINE, City Treasurer, as the proper officers to sign treasurer's
warrants of the City of Seal BeaCh, to be paid out of the General
Fund of the City of Seal Beach deposited in said Bank of America;
and,
. ,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Seal Beach
has designated C. Z. IRVINE as the proper officer to sign treasurer's
warrants for the payment of interest upon outstanding bonds of
said City, said warrants to be drawn on the funds of said City
on deposit in said bank;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that FRANK
SHUFELT, Mayor Pro Tem, JOHN W. MULCAHY, City Clerk, and C. Z.
IRVINE, City Treasurer, as officers of the City of Seal Beach,
California, be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
sign and draw treasurer's warrants upon the General Fund of said

City on deposit in the Bank of America, Belmont Shore Branch,
Long Beach, California, in payment of allowed claims payable
by said City, and that the said C. Z. IRVINE, City Treasurer
of the said City of Seal Beach, California, be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to draw treasurer's warrants upon the
proper funds of said City on deposit in the Bank of America,
Belmont Shore Branch, Long Beach,' California. to pay interest
payments upon outstanding bonds as authorized by said City
Council.
