A RESOLUTION or THE OITY OOUNOIL OF THE
OITY OF SEAL BEACH, OALIrORNIA, AOOEPTING

OF SAID BAY ENTRANOE.IN SAID OITY.

WHEREAS, the Oity Oouncil of the Oity of Seal Beaoh, by
Resolution No. 448, awarded to the Newport Dredging 00., Ino.,
a contract for the work of dredging, jetty construction and beach
fill at Anaheim Landing Bay and the shore line easterly of said
Bay Entrance in said Oity; and
\ffiEREAS, said Newport Dredging 00. Ino., has completed
euch work of dredging, jetty construction and beaoh fill under
the terms of said contract and to the satisfaction of J. A.
Woolley, Oonsulting Oity Engineer for euch project, the said
Engineer recommende to the Oity Oounoil under date of April 15,
19~2, the aoceptance of such work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Oity Oouncil of the
Oity of Seal Be aoh , Oalifornia, that the work of dredging. jetty
construction and beach fill performed by the Newport Dredging 00.
Inc., under the terms of its oontract with said Oity. be, and the
same is hereby aooepted.
ADOPTED, SIGl~D AllD APPROVED, this 16th day of April, 1942.
