That all bids duly advertised for,and received and publicly opened upon September 5th,1935.for the construction of a Sewage Disposal '.1orks in said City of Seal Beach,be,and the same are hereby relj.ected,and the City Clerk directed to return all certified or cashiers' checks accom- panying said bids,to the following named Bidding Contractors;towit:II.Jl. Teget.Ontario,California;~.~.Hoagland,Long Beach,California;V.Lovrich & L.B. ~onjevod,Los J>ngeles, California;Oscar Oberg,Los J>ngeles, California;and, Contracting Engineers,Inc"Los Angeles,Califarnia. Section 2. That the Revised Plans and Specifications prepared by F.S. currie,Emgineer,for the acquisition, construction and completion of a certain municipal improvement by said City;towit:a Sewage Disposal Plant. entitled "Plans For Sewage Disposal Horks,Seal Beach,CaUfornia" .and 'Specifications For Sewage Disposal Works,Seal Beach,California",be,and the same are hereby approved and adopted,as revised by said ~ngineer.
