The City Council of tho City of Seal BeaCh, Oalifornia,resolves; as follows: I Section 1: That the Mayor and City Clark aro hereby authorized and dirocted, for and on behslf of' the Oity of' Seal Beach, and not individually or othorwise, to sign and execute oertain Escrow In- structions and/or Agrooment through the Orange County Title Company of' Santa Ana, California, for the purchase of' certain ~/ater Londs hereinsf'ter d3scribed from Claro Hellman Heller, Florence Hellman Ehrman, Edward Hellman Heller, I.U.Hollman,III, Fredorick J.Hellman, - Florence Hellman Dinkolspiel, Frances J. Irellman, individually, and Frances J.Hellman and t'lfells Fargo Bank & Union Trust Co.,(a 60rpora-- tion),the lost two named os trustees under tho last will and tosta- mont of I.W.Hellmon,Jr.,doceasod. -...
