RESOLUTION NO.296
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUN::IL OF THE CITY OF SEAL
BEACH, CALlFOR!TIA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF H.A.T11nET,COJr-
TRACTOR, FOR ADDITIONS AND EX.TRA WORK ON THE SEWAGE
DISPOSAL WORKS,P.W.A.DOOKET NO,8839 IN SAID CITY,SUB-
JErlT TO APPROVAL OF THE STATE DIRErlTOR, P.W.A.
The City Council of the Oity of Seal Beach, Oalifornia, resolves;
as follows:
Seotion 1: That the bid of H.A.Teget, Contraotor for the Sewage
Disposal Works in said City, being P.W,A.Project, Docket No.8839,
to furniah all lsbor,material and complete the additions and extra
work of replaoing and installing oertain check valvea and float con-
trols in Pump Station "A" ,deemed necessary and expedient by the Con-
sulting ]bgineer,F.S.Currie,at the hereinafter atated prices or amounts
be, and the same are hereby aocepted,subject,however,to the approval
of the State Direotor,P,W.A.,at Los Angeles;towit:
