RESOLUTION NO,EJ..
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL
BEACH, OALlFORNIA, ~UESTING APPROPRIATION FROM
THE COUNTY OF ORANGE FOR PRO-RATE OF COUNTY
AUTO LICENSE TAX FUNDS FOR HIGHWAY IMPROVE-
MENT WITHIN SAID CITY.

2 The City Council of the Oity cf Seal BeaCh, California, does
reaolve; as follows:
3 WHER~, it is deemed advantageoua and necessary to cause to
'be made oertain highway 1mp~ovements within the City or Seal Beach
4 upon highways of general pub11c use and that connect with and are a
part of the general city and oounty highway aystems, the cost of
II which improvements it ia deemed advisable be paid from the pro-rate,
of Orange County auto 11cense funds, allocated through the Board of'
e SUpervisors and due said City, and, which contribution from said
fund for said purposea will be of material assistance and re11ef to
7 the tax payers of said City; and,
8 NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Seal BeaCh,
doea hereby des1gnate the following highways as most in nead of 1m-
9 mediate repair and improvement, the cost of which repair and 1mprov~
,ment is eatimated to be approximately the amount or amounts set for~h
10 after aach item of improvement on the hereafter des1gnated highWays;1

16 That the City Engineer be, and he is hereby authorized and d.1rec~-
ad to present a certif1ed copy of this Resolution to the Board of
17 Supervisora of Orange County, and to do and perform all of the acts
necessary and incident to proc~ring of the moneys, labor, equipment
18 land mater1als and expending the aame in conformity with the rules
, and regulat10ns or said Board of Supervisors in connection with the
19 improvement of said highwaya as aforesaid within said City.

That the City Clerk is directed to certify to a copy of this
Reaolution and deliver the same to the City Engineer for the purpos~s
herein set forth. I

fornia, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly andli
