OF SmOND, THIRD, FOURTH, FIFTH, SIXTH, SEVENTH
AND EIGHTH STREETS FROM OCEA.N AVBllUB TO SEAL WAY
IN THE QITY OF SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA.
2 The City Council ot the City ot Seal Beaoh, Oalitornia,
as tollows;
3 Seotion 1: The publio interest and convenienoe requirlng, it is
the lntention ot the Oity Oouncil ot the Oity ot Seal Belloh, tlO
4 change and establ1ah the grade ot Seoond, Third, Fourth, Fitth, S1xt ,
Seventh and Eighth Streets trom the Southerlt.~l1ne ot Ooean Avenue I
5 to the 1'I0rtherly l1ne ot Seal way all in aocordanoe with the grade l'
grades ot a~oresald respeotive streets as shown upon the Protl1es 0
6 Plans theretoI' prepared by the City EI:1gineer and on tile in the ott oe
ot the City Clerk ot said Oity.
Seotlon 2: The -City Clerk shall Oause a oopy ot this resolution
to be posted oonspicuous17 tor two da7s on or near the ohamber door
ot said oit7 oouncil, and to be published b7 two insertions in the :
Seal Beaoh Post & Wave, a week17 newspaper printed and publ1shed and
genera1l7 oiroulated in the City ot Seal Beaoh, Calitornia, and here-
b7 deslgnated by said Oit7 Oounoil as a newspaper in whioh said resO-
lution shall be published.
Section 3: The street superintendent shall oause to be conspiou-
ous17 posted along allot the atoresaid streets at not more than
one hundred teet in distanoe apart, notioes; but not les8 than thre
in all, ot the passage ot said resolution ot intention. Said Notioe
8hall be headed "NoUoe ot Change ot Gradell, in letters ot not less
than one inoh in length, a nd shall in legible oharaoters state the
taot ot the passage ot said res01utlon ot intentlon, its date, the
names ot the publio streets, the grade ot whioh is proposed to be
ohnaged or moditied, a nd shall reter to the resolution ot intentlon
tor further partioulars. snd he shall slso oause a notice similar i
substsnoe to be published b7 two insertions ln the leal Beaoh Post
&; Wave a week17 newspaper printed and publ1shed and genera1l7 oir-
oulate! in said Oity ot Seal Beaoh, Oali1'ornia, and hereby de81gnat d

Seotion 4: All prooeedings hereunder shall be in aooollddDoe with,
the hChange ot Grade'Aot ot 190911 General Laws ot the State ot Cali,
tornia, Approved April 21, 1909, Statutes ot 1909, page 1018, and
aDJ' subsequent 'amendments thereto.
Seotlon 5: The City Olerk shall oertify to the passage ot this !
resolutllon by the City Counoil of the Oit;r ot Seal Besoh and there-'
upon it shall take etteot.
