A Report on Fence at 112 11th Street
Secretary presented a report on the status of the fence and varlOUS
optlons open to the Clty After dlSCUSSlon Cook moved to request
that the Clty Councll dlrect the Clty Attorney to begln legal
actlon to have the 1llegal fence removed Motlon seconded by
Covlngton and unanlmously approved

property 1n the C1ty seconded by Cov1ngton Le1bert suggested
the mot1on be mod1f1ed to 1nclude all property 1n the C1ty w1th
