RESOLUTION NO.361
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUl'XlIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL
BEACH, CALIFORNIA. AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO FILE AN APPLICATION TO THE UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA THROUGH THE FEDERAL EMERGENCY ADMINISTRATION
OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR A LOliN AND GRANT TO AID IN FINAN-
CING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A WHARF, OR MlJIITCIPAL PIER,
AND DPSIGUATIID BURR A. BROWN. CITY ATTORNEY. TO FURN-
ISH SUCH INFORMATION AS THE GOVERNMENT MAY REQUEST.
BE IT RESOLVED by tho City Council of tho City of Soal Beach,
California; as follows:
Sootion 1. That tho Mayor and City Clork, bo.ond they aro
horoby authorized to otooute and filo an opplioation on behalf of
tho City of Soal Boaoh. California. to tho Unitod States of Amorics
for a loan and grant to aid 1n finanoing tho construotion of a
WhBrf. or Municipal Pior. in said City.
Soction 2. That Burr A. Bro~ City Attornoy, bo. and ho is
horoby authorized and dirootod to furnish such informatlon as tho
Unitod States of Amorioa through the Fodoral Emorgency Adminlstrat1 n
of Publio Works may roasonably request in connootion with the appli
cation whioh is horoin authorized to be filod.
