The 01ty Oounoil of the Oity of Seal BeaCh, Oalifornia, does
resolve, as follows:
That the Easement exeouted on the 11th day of September, 1940,
from Reeka Larsen, a ma.rr1ed woman of the Oi ty of Seal Beach,
Oounty of Orange, State of california, as grantor, to the Oity of
Seal Beach, a Jam10ipal Oorporation of the Sixth Class, of said
Oounty and State, grantee, for a oertain right of way and easement
to lay, oonstruot aDd maintain a water main in oonneotion with the
water system of aaid 01ty, over the Easterly !bree feet of Lot Six
Blook no", Traot Bo. 1, in said Oity,
BE, AllD THE SAME IS HEREBY AOOEPTED, and ordered reoorded in
the offioe of the Oounty Reoorder of the Oounty of Orange, State
of Oalifornia.
