BACKGROUND: Tami Bui, Region Manager, Local Public Affairs, has provided the City Council with the attached presentation outlining the current state of the SCE system and general plans for future system enhancements. Ms. Bw will be available during oral communications to address any e concerns the City Council may have. FISCAL IMPACT: There is no fiscal impact. RECOMMENDATION: Staff respectfully recommends the City Council receive and file the SCE State of the System presentatIon.
