Home My WebLink AboutCC Res 5654 2008-01-14 RESOLUTION NUMBER 5654 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 2007-145 ALSO KNOWN AS 450 OCEAN A VENUE I THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 2007-145 which establishes the residential development for the subdivision of one (I) existing lot, 75.01 feet in width, into two (2) separate lots, Parcel I being 32.51 feet in width, and Parcel 2 being 42.50 feet in width. The subject lot is located at 450 Ocean Avenue and has been reviewed by the County of Orange County Surveyor, and the City of Seal Beach City Surveyor for compliance with all required Subdivision Map Act requirements, and has been reviewed by the City of Seal Beach City Engineer, and the City of Seal Beach Director of Development Services for compliance with all conditions of approval of Tentative Parcel Map No. 2007-145; and WHEREAS, the owner of the lot being subdivided, Patricia Joan Srnissen, has agreed with the conditions of approval and has requested the approval of Parcel Map No. 2007-145; and WHEREAS, the City Manager is recommending approval of Parcel Map No. 2007-145. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Seal Beach does hereby approve Parcel Map No. 2007-145. I BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is instructed to execute Parcel Map No. 2007-145 as required and to forward executed Parcel Map No. 2007-145 to the County of Orange for further processing and recording as required.
