RESOLUTION NO. lL\o 2 3 A Resolution determining the unpaid assessments for the work done and improvement made upon Fifth Street, Sixth Street and portions ot Seventh Street, Eighth Street and Central Avenue, and the aggregate amount thereof; that bonds be issued upon the seourity thereof; pre- scribing the denomination of said bonds, and providing for the issuance of the same in annual series. ~ WHEREAS, a warrant and assessment dated the J...k..:: day of , 1925, was issued for the work done and improvement itth Street, Sixth Street and portions of Seventh Street, Eighth Street and Central Avenue, open public streets in the City of Seal Beaoh, California, whioh work and improvement is briefly described ln Resolution ot Intention No. 120 passed on the 6th day of November, 1924 and. ordered done and made by Resolution No; 126, passed on the 4th day ot December, 1924, and was done and made by Griffith Company, a Corporation, under a oontraot awarded to them on the 22nd day of December, 1924; and, WHEREAS, on the 17th day of September, 1925, being after the full expiration of thirty days from the date of the warrant, and no appeal having been taken as provided by the Improvement Aot of 1911, and said warrant and assessment being returned and reoorded by the Street Superintendent of the City of Seal Beaoh and after said return was recorded the Strest Superintendent made up and filed with the Clerk ot the City ot Seal Beach, as the Olerk of the Board of Trustees thereof, a complete list of all unpaid assessments, and saidClerk thereupon gave notice ot the filing of said list, and that eight o'olock P.
