WHEBEAS. a warrant and ass"eesme~t. dated the E -day of

Ootober. 1922. was issued for the work done and improvement
made upon Tenth Street, an open public street in the City of
8eal Beach. which work and improvement is briefly desoribed in
Resolution of Intention No. 61 of said Oi ty, passed on the 16th
day of Deoember, 1921, and ordered done and made by Resolution
No. 61 passed on the 19th day of January, 1922,' and. was done
and made by rairobild-Gilmore-Wilton 00.. under a oontract award-

of the filing of said list, and that eight o'olock of Thursday,
the 7th day of December. 1922, at the Oouncil chamber of the
BOard of Trustees of the Oity of Seal Beaoh was the time therein

no oiroumstances shall said bonds, or interest thereon, be
patel ou t of any other fund.
A redemption fund shall be kept by the Treasurer of the
Oity of seal Beaoh desi~ted tenth Street' Improvement Bond
Redemption Fund in whioh the Treasurer shall place all SUIII.
received from the colleotions of assessments made for the pay-
ment of the oost of the wO,rk and improvement upon which the
bonds are issued, and the interest an" penalties thereon. All
of the bonc18 shall be dated the 7th day. of Deoember, 1922, and
