'11 --00000-- RESOLUUCN DECLARtN!l RESULT OF F.LECTION. . * * * * WHEREAS, the general municipal election was held and conducted in the 01 ty of seal"Feach, on J!onday, the lOth day of April, 1922, as required by law; ~~D WHEBEAS it appears that notice of said election was duly and legally given; that voting precincte were properly established, that election officers were a~pointed and election supplies furnished, and that in all respects said election was' held and conducted and the vot~cast thereat, received and can- vased, and the.retu~ns thereof made and declared in time, form and manner as required by the general Laws of the state govern- ing elections in cities of the fifth and sixth class.
