RESOLUUCN DECLARtN!l RESULT OF F.LECTION.

WHEREAS, the general municipal election was held and
conducted in the 01 ty of seal"Feach, on J!onday, the lOth day
of April, 1922, as required by law;
~~D WHEBEAS it appears that notice of said election
was duly and legally given; that voting precincte were properly
established, that election officers were a~pointed and election
supplies furnished, and that in all respects said election was'
held and conducted and the vot~cast thereat, received and can-
vased, and the.retu~ns thereof made and declared in time, form
and manner as required by the general Laws of the state govern-
ing elections in cities of the fifth and sixth class.
AND ,WHERJi:AS the Board of Trustees of said City of Seal
Feach met.at the Council Chacber of the Board on Monday, the
]qth day of A)ril, 1922, to canvas the returns of said election
and install the newly elected officers, whereupon said board

voted for, and the result of said election 'to be as hereinafter
